B2B Publix Relations Specialist (Costa Rica)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic individual for our Media Relations Specialist position, reporting directly to the Deputy & Chief Strategist.
Working Hours: 8 am to 5 pm EST or 9 am to 6 pm EST with 1 hour lunch break
Rate in USD: 11 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Media Strategy: Develop and execute media strategies aligned with client objectives.
- Content Creation: Craft compelling stories, press releases, and articles.
- Media Outreach: Build and maintain relationships with journalists and influencers.
- Press Release Management: Distribute press releases and monitor performance.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Track media coverage and provide performance reports.
- Client Relations: Serve as the main client contact for media-related matters.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and opportunities.
- Content Calendar: Manage content distribution schedules.
- Metrics Analysis: Analyze media metrics for campaign improvement.
- Team Training: Mentor and train junior team members.
Requirements:
- Relevant Degree: A degree in Communications, PR, or a related field.
- 5+ years of previous experience in B2B PR, media relations, or journalism.
- Digital Proficiency: Familiarity with digital media tools and social platforms.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in media metrics analysis.
- Accomplished Writer: You've penned over 200,000 words effortlessly.
- Quick-Witted Storyteller: You unearth compelling narratives from facts at lightning speed.
- Master of Persuasion: Proficient in selling ideas through written communication, be it pitches, emails, or social media.
- News Aficionado: Your expertise lies in ethical and dynamic journalism, making news your forte.
- PR Showman: You bring enthusiasm and zeal to the art of storytelling in PR.
- Innovative Disruptor: Your style is disruptive, marked by innovative thinking, out-of-the-box creativity, and unwavering determination.
- Organizational Expert: Strong organizational and time management abilities ensure efficient work processes.

- Must possess your own laptop/desktop that meets the following minimum qualifications:
