Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and persuasive Appointment Setter to join our team, dedicated to effectively communicating with patients via outbound calls. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional verbal communication skills, a comfort with cold calling, and the ability to navigate CRM systems with ease. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are crucial for maintaining accurate records and scheduling appointments efficiently. While prior experience in healthcare is advantageous, we prioritize candidates with a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn. Join us in this role to make a meaningful impact by ensuring seamless communication with patients and facilitating their access to essential healthcare services.

Rate in USD: $4.00/hr
Work Schedule: 9:00 AM EST – 6:00 PM EST (Monday – Friday) (with possibility of weekend shift)


Responsibilities:

  • Initiate outbound calls to patients to notify them that their physician has forwarded their records for review and additional services.
  • Employ scripted dialogue and persuasive communication techniques to engage patients effectively.
  • Maintain precise records of all calls made and appointments scheduled, utilizing the designated CRM system.
  • Conduct follow-up calls or emails to confirm appointments and accommodate rescheduling requests as needed.
  • Clearly communicate to patients that our services will involve charges to their insurance.
  • Exclusively handle outbound calls, with no inbound call duties.
 

Requirements:

  • Proficient verbal communication skills to convey information effectively.
  • Comfort and proficiency in cold calling and engaging in outbound interactions.
  • Competency in navigating CRM systems or databases efficiently.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities coupled with a keen eye for detail.
  • While previous experience in a healthcare setting is advantageous, it is not mandatory.
  • Must have their own laptop-desktop with strong Computer/Internet connection
  • Processor:
    • Core i5 or higher
    • RAM - 8GB or higher
  • Bandwidth Requirements Minimum:
    • Download Speed: at least 6 Mbps 
    • Upload Speed: at least 6 Mbps
