We are seeking a versatile and dynamic Marketing Content Specialist to join our marketing team. This role is pivotal in managing and growing our social media presence across multiple brands, as well as producing high-quality content that drives engagement, leads, and conversions. The ideal candidate will have a strong marketing background and have previously worked in the outsourcing, HR/staffing industries.  Candidate must possess a diverse skill set including social media management, content creation, copywriting, and video editing.

Rate in USD: $7.0 - $7.5 (Per Hour)
Rate in Local Currency: ZAR 25000
Working Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST


Responsibilities

  • Social Media Management:
    • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
    • Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across all social media platforms.
    • Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a “social” way while cultivating leads and sales.
    • Design and implement social media ad campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
    • Analyze key metrics and tweak strategies as needed based on data insights.
  • Content Creation:
    • Produce high-quality, engaging, and shareable content tailored to each platform (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok).
    • Write compelling copy for various digital channels including social media, blogs, landing pages, and email campaigns.
  • Copywriting & Content Development:
    • Create persuasive copy for landing pages, email campaigns, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
    • Ability to write in-depth guides, case studies, and whitepapers relevant to the outsourcing, HR, and staffing industries.
  • Video Editing & Content Creation:
    • Produce and edit engaging short form videos for social media platforms, focusing on creating viral content.
    • Utilize video to tell compelling stories, showcase client or freelancer success stories, and more.
  • Influencer Marketing:
    • Identify and engage with influencers within the industry to amplify our brand reach and credibility.
    • Develop and manage influencer partnerships and campaigns to generate buzz and drive traffic.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in social media management and content creation within the outsourcing/staffing (or similar) industry.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong portfolio of digital content.
  • Proficient in using social media management tools (Sendible and Canva)
  • Experience with video editing and creating engaging video content.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop unique and engaging content.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with paid social media advertising, campaign management, and tracking lead generation.
  • Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite are big plus).
  • Experience with influencer marketing and partnership development.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
