Job Overview:

As a Remote Customer Service Representative you will be our valued subscribers' primary point of contact. You will be crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service. This position offers the flexibility of working remotely, allowing you to contribute to our team from the comfort of your own space.

Working hours: 9 am to 5 pm, US- PST
Hourly rate in USD: $ 6.0



  •  Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone promptly and professionally.
  • Isue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, providing effective solutions in a timely manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our client's products and services to assist customers effectively.
  • Feedback Handling: Gather customer feedback and collaborate with the team to improve products and services.
  • Training: Stay updated on product updates and participate in ongoing training to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and technical support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.


  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
  • Customer-centric: Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem-solving: Ability to analyze issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using customer support software, CRMs, and other relevant tools.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a remote work environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Empathy: Empathetic and patient when dealing with customer concerns.
  • Must have a laptop/desktop which meets the minimum qualifications:
    • Processor:
      • Core i5 or higher
      • RAM - 8GB or higher
    • Bandwidth Requirements Minimum:
      • Download Speed: at least 6 Mbps 
      • Upload Speed: at least 6 Mbps
