1840 & COMPANY will provide and manage a sufficient number of suitably qualified contact center agents around the Globe from a Work from Home Model to Support CLIENT's diverse needs. 1840 & COMPANY will ensure each is properly trained on all CLIENT-required scripting, processes, and tools to effectively interact with CLIENT customers.

Salary will be - 20,000 Rand / Month 

General hiring requirements will include:

• The ability to successfully understand and respond, verbally and in writing to CLIENT's customers
• Appropriate oral and written language, grammar and communication skills
• Demonstrate the ability to accurately capture and systemically input customer information into required CLIENT systems.
• Maintains a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
• Demonstrate the ability to effectively interact with a diverse group of people
• Previous service experience required.

New hire training will be conducted in a professional manner designed to ensure all phone, email and chat requirements can be carried out effectively to meet your specifications. Agents will exit training with:

Appropriate skills, confidence and ability to perform basic job requirements in the most rapid pace to competency possible.

• The ability to create an acceptable customer experience at all times
• A thorough understanding of the CLIENT's product or services being offered. 
• A thorough understanding of the tools required to be successful

We would anticipate beginning the initiative with the following indicative targets:
