Astute in recognizing industry changes since its launch in 2009, the client's team utilizes newly established patterns to create timely Anti-PR campaigns comprising both traditional and the latest proven media method

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator that drives unified marketing efforts, ensuring brand consistency and lead generation. Responsible for coordinating diverse marketing activities, the role focuses on lead generation and overall agency success.

Rate in PHP: PHP 350 - PHP 400 per hour || Rate in USD: $7 - $8  per hour
Working schedule: 40 hours per week || EST Time zone (Graveyard)

Requirements
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or HubSpot.
  • Exceptional writing abilities
  • SEO expertise and design proficiency
  • Mastery in paid advertising, audience-based marketing, and cold sales strategies
  • Familiarity with PR principles and project management

Responsibilities:
  • Email Marketing: Coordinate and implement email newsletter campaigns.
  • Spearhead weekly review and approval of email agency results, ensuring brand alignment.
  • Lead bi-weekly meetings to evaluate and strategize email campaign content performance
  • Collaborate with SEO agency weekly to align strategies with content plans.
  • Provide detailed weekly reports on SEO keyword ranking results and performance metrics.
  • Coordinate with Google Ads agency bi-weekly for performance review and strategic enhancements.
  • Oversee and refine social media strategy, approving posts and analyzing engagement data.
  • Review and approve cold outbound email copy and audience targeting, ensuring consistency.
  • Conduct comprehensive weekly reporting on lead source data, marketing leads, and metrics.
  • Actively participate in bi-weekly sales coordination meetings, offering valuable insights.
  • Lead podcast and webinar coordination, identifying impactful interviewees and moderating discussions.
  • Drive content creation, crafting compelling copy for various marketing collateral.
  • Ensure the website effectively showcases services and aligns with SEO and marketing strategies.
  • Contribute creative ideas for campaigns and engagement strategies, fostering innovation.
  • Demonstrate exceptional writing abilities, SEO expertise, and design proficiency.
  • Make strategic decisions efficiently, contributing to overall marketing strategy.
  • Proactively bring creative initiatives for sustained audience interest, particularly during slower periods.
  • Tailor messaging for diverse industries, ensuring resonance with different target audiences.
  • Apply expertise in outbound email strategies, distinguishing between marketing and cold sales emails.
