Our client is a global recognized software company within learning and development. The client’s Learning Management System makes it easy for companies worldwide to train and develop their employees, clients and partners.

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual to join our team as an Appointment Setter. As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients via phone, email, or other communication channels to schedule appointments for our sales team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and the ability to effectively convey the value proposition of our products or services.

Work Schedule: Eastern/Pacific Time zone
Rate in USD: $20/hour plus a target of $7/hour for a target of $27/hour


Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and identify potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
  • Engage with leads in a professional and courteous manner to introduce our products or services and identify their needs.
  • Effectively communicate the benefits and features of our offerings to prospects, highlighting how they address their specific pain points or challenges.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings for our sales representatives with qualified leads, ensuring a smooth handover of information.
    Maintain accurate records of all interactions and appointments in our CRM system.
  • Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.
    Collaborate with the sales team to optimize strategies for lead generation and appointment setting.
    Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to adjust tactics as needed.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly quotas for appointment setting and lead generation.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in appointment setting, sales or telemarketing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade diverse audiences.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with potential clients.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and appointments.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and evolving business needs.
